Privacy Policy
As of 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in force in Latvia, which determines how personal data is processed and protected. This policy explains how personal data is collected, stored and used, as well as what the rights of the data subject are.
Customer survey
A customer questionnaire is available on the website, by filling in which it is possible to receive informative notifications and offers about the services and promotions available on the website. The questionnaire is also used for identification purposes. It asks you to specify the name, surname, email address, language of communication, as well as the date and month of birth. Questions are also asked about the services provided that do not contain sensitive personal data.
The submitted information is archived and stored in a safe, inaccessible place. Data is not transferred to third parties without written consent. Upon written request, the questionnaire data may be deleted.
Customer database
Based on the data provided, information is entered into the electronic customer database. When filling out application forms on the website or in social networks, the data is automatically saved in this database. The database is stored only within the company and is protected by an access password. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. Upon written request, personal data may be deleted.
Legal transfer
Personal data may be transferred to law enforcement authorities or state and local authorities if this is provided for by regulatory enactments or is necessary for the defence of legal interests — for example, when preparing or submitting legal claims.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right at any time to request information about stored personal data, to request their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object to its processing. The rights are based on the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
